What does MVM sell?
Sneakers of the models and brands shown on each product page. If you have any questions about a model before buying, talk to us via the store chat or by email. Once you receive your order, you have 14 days to request a return. Learn more about MVM.
How do I place an order?
Choose the model, select your size (European sizing, EU), add it to your cart and complete your purchase at checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation email.
Which size should I choose?
Sizes are in European sizing (EU). Check our size guide for UK, US and cm conversions. If you're between two sizes, talk to us via the store chat or by email before ordering and we'll help you choose.
What payment methods are available?
You can pay with the methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by secure payment platforms and MVM does not store your card details.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of €150 or more. Below that, it costs €14.99 to Spain, Germany and other countries, and €3.99 to mainland Portugal. We do not currently ship to Madeira or the Azores. The final amount is always shown at checkout before you pay.
How long does delivery take?
Your order is processed within 24 to 48 hours of confirmation. Estimated delivery is 12 to 20 business days to Spain, Germany and other countries, and 10 to 15 business days to mainland Portugal.
How can I track my order?
When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the shipping confirmation and, where applicable, the tracking code.
What if my order is delayed?
Send us an email with your order number and we'll check the status.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return. The product must be unworn, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, except in case of our error or a faulty product. Once we receive and check the product, the refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. See the full refund policy.
