We currently ship to mainland Portugal for €3.99 (free from €299.99) and to Spain for €9.99. Orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours and estimated delivery is 10 to 15 business days after dispatch.

When your order ships, you'll receive an email with the shipping confirmation and, when available, the tracking code. If there's a delay, send us your order number and we'll check its status.

Yes, up to 14 days after delivery. The product must be unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer, except in case of our error or a defect. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days.
