Size guide
Sizes at MVM are in European sizing (EU). Use these charts as a reference to convert your size and check your foot length.
How to measure your foot
- Place a sheet of paper on the floor against a wall.
- Stand with your heel against the wall.
- Mark the tip of your longest toe on the paper.
- Measure the distance from the wall to the mark in centimetres.
- Repeat with the other foot and use the larger measurement.

Puma and Birkenstock
Puma sizing is very close to Nike. Birkenstock uses European sizing only and has its own fit. If you are unsure about these models, contact us before ordering.
