Shipping policy

At MVM, we work to make sure you receive your order quickly, safely and with full transparency. We ship throughout Portugal and abroad.

After the order is confirmed, processing takes 24 to 48 hours. As soon as the order has been processed and shipped, the customer will receive an email with the shipping confirmation and, where applicable, the tracking code to follow the delivery.

The estimated delivery time is up to 15 business days after the order is shipped. These timeframes may vary slightly due to external factors, such as logistical delays, periods of high order volume or carrier services.
